PRIVACY POLICY presented to the data subject during the collection of ordinary and sensitive personal data, in accordance with art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no.196 of 30 June 2003, consisting in "Regulations for the protection of personal data".

In accordance with art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no.196, concerning the processing of ordinary and sensitive data, we hereby provide the following information.

1 CONTENT OF DATA

Our company intends to process ordinary personal data provided by the data subject directly, and it intends to add data obtained from third parties, mostly public registries or, in any case, documents or records available to the public. Such data includes: first name, last name, company name, street, city, province, post code, telephone number, fax number, e-mail, tax code and VAT number, Chamber of Commerce company registration number, date of incorporation or foundation, activity, market sector, raw materials used, markets, social positions, yearly purchase volume, qualitative requirements, payment methods, supporting banks, total turnover, number of employees, affiliation, budget and financial data, etc..

The data collected may include "sensitive" data which reveal your affiliation to worker unions and similar organizations (Professional Associations).

2 PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The personal data obtained and periodically updated will be processed for the following purposes:

1)

* to execute obligations issuing from the contract to be concluded;
* to comply with civil, tax and accounting obligations established by the law;

2)

* to identify the client's needs, including qualitative requirements;
* to determine credit, also in view of stipulating a credit insurance policy;
* to send advertising material;
* to create a budget, and statistics;
* marketing and references.

3 DATA PROCESSING METHODS

Processing may be performed with or without the help of electronic or automated means and will include practically all the operations listed in article 4, clause 1, letter a) of the Italian legislative decree.

In particular, automated processing is organised so as to allow data to be divided into client categories by region, province, merchandise characteristics, payment method, type of product requested.

4 ELECTIVE OR MANDATORY CONFERMENT

Conferment of personal data in question is mandatory, to the extent needed and limited to attaining the purposes indicated in point 1). However, conferment is elective for the purposes stated in point 2).

5 CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

A refusal to provide compulsory data will prevent us from executing the obligations established by the contract and by law. The refusal to confer the remaining data will not entail any consequences. However, it would deprive us of the possibility to know your company better, to satisfy all your needs, even qualitative , in the best possible way.

6 TERMS OF COMMUNICATION

Data may be transmitted to the following:

* to public authorities, to carry out institutional activities, within limits established by the law and regulations;
* to debt collection companies;
* to insurance companies, for payment of the credit insurance policy premium;
* to the accountant, to keep the accounts;
* to lawyers, for legal assistance in case of controversy over execution of the contract;
* to agents and distributors, promote sales of our products;
* to auditing companies and to certify balance sheets, to auditors;
* to company consultants and collaborators like, as a non exclusive example , the doctor, the person responsible for the Health Prevention and Protection Service, consultants and collaborators to enable them to carry out their jobs;
* to external transporters, to ship merchandise or send mail ;
* to bank institutes for activities they are competent for.

7 MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES WHO MAY HAVE ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION

Process managers, in addition to the employees in charge of processing data, may have access to these data.

8 HOW DATA IS DIVULGED

The data in question will be transmitted:
* to sector operators, during trade fairs, conventions, commercial meetings, for reference and advertising purposes;
* to the public, to market and promote the product;

9 TRANSFER OF DATA TO OTHER COUNTRIES

Data may be transferred abroad, to European and non-European countries.

10 RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject being processed may exercise the rights established by article 7 of Italian legislative decree no. 196/2003, the content of which is attached.

11 CONTROLLER

The data controller is Eurocamping srl , located in Castel Mella (Bs), via Colorne, no. 50.

13 CONSENT

Consent, where necessary, can be granted partially or completely.

Article 7 Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Right to access personal data and other rights.

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her, regardless of whether it is recorded or not, and to be communicated said data in an intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of processing purpose and methods;
c) of the logic applied to processing, if it is carried out electronically;
d) of data identifying the controller, data processors and the designated representative in conformity with article 5(2);
e) of entities or categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated and which may gain access to said data in their capacity as designated representatives in the country, data processors or people in charge of processing.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) lupdating, rectification or integration of data, when he/she deems it necessary;
b) deletion, data being made anonymous or being blocked if processed unlawfully, as well as data that is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;
c) a certificate showing that the operations mentioned in letters a) and b) and their content have been notified to the entities to which the data had been transmitted or communicated, unless fulfilling this requirement proves to be impossible or entails an effort that is not proportionate to the right being protected.

4. The data subject has the right to object completely or partially:
a) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, on legitimate grounds, even when it is relevant to the collection purpose;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, when carried out to send advertising material, for direct sales, or for market or communication surveys.
